Sharjah Charity International has officially opened the Martyr Mohammed Ismail Al Bloushi Mosque in Kalba's Al Saf area. This initiative, completed in collaboration with the Sharjah Department of Islamic Affairs, aims to enhance religious infrastructure in the region.

## Project Details

The mosque, built at a cost of Dh1.8 million, can accommodate up to 700 worshippers. It features a blend of traditional Islamic and modern architectural elements, with a focus on spaciousness and comfort. The design includes natural lighting and essential facilities such as ablution areas and restrooms. Additionally, a residence for the imam is part of the complex, ensuring continuous religious services.

## Community and Religious Significance

The mosque's opening coincides with the holy month of Ramadan, a period when mosques see increased attendance for prayers and community gatherings. The facility is expected to serve as a central hub for worship and social interaction among local residents.

## Institutional Collaboration

Nasser Masoud Bilal, Head of the Branches Sector and Director of the Kalba branch, emphasized the importance of this project in promoting religious values and social solidarity.
