## Major Investment in Shipping Fleet

ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) is set to enhance its global shipping capabilities with a $1.3 billion investment in 11 new vessels. This strategic move aims to bolster the company's capacity to transport crude oil and gas worldwide.

## Fleet Expansion Details

The acquisition includes five Very Large Gas Carriers and six Very Large Crude Carriers. Nine of these vessels are expected to join the fleet in the third quarter of 2026, with the remaining two gas carriers arriving by the end of the year. This expansion will increase ADNOC L&S's fleet to 14 crude carriers and 12 gas carriers.
