Burtville has successfully completed its Ville 11 residential project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, 14 months ahead of schedule. The development, which includes 111 units of simplex, duplex, and triplex homes, received its completion certificate on July 31, 2026. Originally slated for a September 2027 handover, the project was finished in approximately 30 months, starting from January 2024.

In Masdar City, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 and Ville 12 are 3% and 4% ahead, while Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 is also 4% ahead of plan. These advancements underscore the company's dedication to meeting or exceeding project timelines.
