Trump Organization to build 91-storey luxury hotel and residences on Australia’s Gold Coast

## New Landmark Development

The Trump Organization has announced plans to construct a 91-storey luxury hotel and residential tower on Australia's Gold Coast. This project, named Trump International Hotel & Tower, Gold Coast, will be the company's first official venture in Australia.

## Tower Features

The proposed skyscraper will stand at approximately 335 meters, making it the tallest building in Australia upon completion. It will include a 285-room luxury hotel and 272 residential apartments. Additionally, the development will feature a three-level podium with a beach club and over 3,400 square meters of retail and dining space.

## Project Details

The development is a collaboration with Altus Property Group and aims to transform the Surfers Paradise area into a premium mixed-use destination. Construction is set to begin in August, with the total project cost estimated to exceed $1 billion.

## Competitive Landscape

The Trump tower will surpass existing skyscrapers in Australia, but competition is emerging. Other developers are planning high-rise projects nearby, including a twin-tower development and a 101-storey project called One Park Lane.

## Global Presence

The Trump Organization operates properties in over 20 locations worldwide, combining direct ownership with licensing agreements for luxury hotels and residential towers.
