The roadshow will cover major cities across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, starting in Madrid on August 6, 2026. The initiative aims to provide insights into career opportunities, training pathways, and the benefits of working with the Dubai-based airline.
## Salary and Benefits
Emirates offers a competitive, tax-free salary package for its pilots. Captains can earn an annual package of approximately Dh1.185 million ($320,000), with monthly take-home pay around Dh48,000 ($13,000). First Officers have a package of Dh900,000 ($245,000) annually, with monthly earnings of Dh32,100 ($8,750). Benefits include housing, education support for children, medical coverage, and travel perks.
