## Financial Performance
TECOM Group has reported a 9% increase in recurring net profit, reaching Dh805 million for the first half of 2026. This financial success has prompted the company to declare an interim cash dividend of Dh440 million, expected to be distributed in August.
## Revenue and Occupancy
The group's revenue climbed by 11% to over Dh1.5 billion, with an impressive occupancy rate of 97% across its commercial and industrial properties. This growth was driven by strong demand for office spaces, manufacturing facilities, and logistics areas.
## Portfolio Expansion
TECOM's commercial portfolio saw an 11% revenue increase to Dh783 million, with a 96% occupancy rate. The industrial segment experienced a 15% rise in revenue, reaching Dh239 million, and a 98% occupancy rate. Land lease revenue also grew by 22% to Dh361 million, benefiting from new land acquisitions in 2025.
## Quarterly Highlights
In the second quarter, TECOM's revenue rose by 11% to Dh786 million, while EBITDA increased by 8% to Dh613 million. The recurring net profit for the quarter was Dh401 million, marking a 7% rise.
