Dubai will welcome a new community mall, The Grand, at Nad Al Sheba Gardens starting August 19. This development aims to bring a comprehensive shopping, dining, and wellness experience to the area.

## Key Features

The Grand will feature the first Waitrose & Partners store in Nad Al Sheba, along with a variety of dining and lifestyle brands. The mall is fully leased and will offer supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, healthcare, and wellness services.

## Opening Phases

The initial phase on August 19 will see the opening of Waitrose & Partners, MMI, Heart Cottage Lane, Maple Bear Nursery, Al Jaber Optical, and Fixperts. Additional brands like Tashas, Somewhere, and Home Bakery will join in early September.

## Future Plans

The mall will continue to expand into early 2027, with plans to include Fitcode and American Hospital, enhancing its health and wellness offerings. Shamal Holdings, the developer, envisions The Grand as more than just a mall, aiming to create a community hub that integrates shopping with daily life.
