Bollywood star Salman Khan has sold his apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 3.50 crore. The property, located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, was originally purchased by Khan in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore, resulting in a profit of approximately Rs 62 lakh.

## Details of the Sale

The apartment, which spans 758 square feet and includes two parking spaces, was sold at a rate of about Rs 46,000 per square foot. The transaction was officially registered on July 9, 2026, with the buyers paying Rs 21 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees.

## Previous Transactions

This is not Khan's first property sale in the area. In 2025, he sold another apartment in the same building for Rs 5.35 crore. Bandra has long been a significant location for Khan, who resides at Galaxy Apartments on Bandstand.

## Future Developments

In June 2026, the Khan family received approval to construct a residential tower in Bandra, further cementing their real estate interests in the area. This new development is planned to be near their current residence.
