## Strong Financial Performance
Emirates Stallions Group reported a significant 44% increase in net profit for the first half of 2026, reaching Dh166.3 million. This growth was driven by enhanced efficiencies and strong contributions from its development and human resources sectors.
## Revenue and Profit Growth
The company's revenue for the six months ending June 30 rose by 8% compared to the previous year, totaling Dh766.69 million. Operational profit before tax also saw a substantial increase of 47%, amounting to Dh193.48 million. Gross profit climbed 19% to Dh263.64 million.
## Strategic Initiatives and Asset Expansion
The group's success is attributed to operational improvements and strategic capital allocation. The development and HR divisions played a crucial role in this performance. Additionally, the company launched a new project, Rotana Residences, on Al Reem Island, valued at approximately Dh1 billion, further expanding its real estate footprint.
## Asset and Equity Growth
Total assets of Emirates Stallions Group rose by 11% to Dh4.8 billion, while total equity increased by 10% to Dh3.2 billion. The company's diversified portfolio and strategic investments continue to lay a strong foundation for future growth.
## Leadership Remarks
CEO Kayed Ali Khorma emphasized the disciplined execution and capital management that contributed to the strong results. Chairman Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri highlighted the importance of maintaining financial discipline and expanding the asset base to create lasting value for shareholders.
