## Anti-Narcotics Efforts

In the second quarter of 2026, Dubai Police successfully shut down 297 websites involved in promoting narcotics. This action was part of a broader anti-drug initiative that also included sharing 125 intelligence reports with international partners. These efforts were highlighted during a quarterly performance review led by Major General Hareb Al Shamsi, focusing on drug-related cases and public awareness campaigns.

## International Collaboration

Brigadier Khalid bin Muwaizah emphasized the importance of international cooperation in combating drug trafficking. This collaboration is crucial as drug trafficking is a cross-border issue.

## Public Awareness Campaigns

The Hemaya International Centre conducted 95 awareness programs, directly engaging 467,879 individuals. Additionally, digital campaigns reached over 8.7 million people, aiming to educate families and communities on identifying and responding to drug-related risks early.

## Recognition and Future Plans
